Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

You sign in through a third-party identity provider (currently Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity under your DMRealm account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

DMRealm is an evolving, AI-assisted toolset for creating tabletop campaign material. We may add, change, or remove features, and the Service may be offered in beta or preview form. We may impose reasonable usage limits.

You retain ownership of the campaign content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and back up Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide it to you. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law or third-party right.

The Service can generate text and images from your inputs. As between you and us, you may use the content generated for you, subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI providers. Because of how generative models work, output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users, and is not guaranteed to be original or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or publishing it.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Upload copyrighted or official setting text or assets you are not licensed to use (including official tabletop-RPG publisher content).
• Submit unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative material, or content harmful to minors.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access other users' data, or probe, scan, or breach security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or place an unreasonable load on the Service, or misuse AI features to generate prohibited content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or others.

The Service, including its software, design, and the DMRealm name and logos, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. DMRealm is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, the Dungeons & Dragons brand, or any other tabletop-RPG publisher. Do not upload or rely on official, copyrighted setting content.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or usage-based features in the future; if we do, we will present the applicable pricing and terms before you incur a charge. Any credit or plan indicators shown today are placeholders and do not represent a current charge.

The Service relies on third parties (for example, Google for sign-in and hosting, AI providers, and an email provider). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DMREALM AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold DMRealm harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your license to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, unless your local law grants you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in another forum.
